[jaws-uk] Signatures advertising and Disclaimers

Hi List the last Post came into my Inbox on my desktop which is set up properly. However read the Trailer Is that a Signature? the Religious bit that comes after it? Now if the other day with my Oscar Wilde's example I deliberately left out the first few lines of course, which goes something like The Unspeakable in pursuit of the uneatable. Tony or any other list member would this have been against the rules since we have heard so much about rules I think it is a fair question . Additionally if Messages arrive with disclaimers come in you know what I mean, I as it happens today had one in from my structural Engineer full of similar legalese, in my case I did send a copy on to a third party. but if this List receives these emails and they start with a query about Jaws but finish up with this message is intended only for the recipient?Is the List the recipient or not or could we pass it on.
