There is no quick fix on this one.  If you are a good Brailist you could get 
a Braille note taker with a Braille keyboard.  I used a Braille n Speak when 
taking lecture notes and got far more down than sighted people.  Other 
students used to ask me for copies of my notes.

You could learn the Braille shorthand system but you have to be able to 
think in the right way to become really fast.
