[jaws-uk] Shirley clow moving from jaws 5.1 to Jaws8

       Dear Shirley,
did you buy a laptop that is professional  knowing jaws 5.1 would not work
on it?   Last year an engineer who should have known better put Xp
Professional on my desktop after a Hardrive failure. I had Jaws 4.51 and did
not notice his mistake, he may have thought he was doing me a good turn,
thing is I increased to jaws 7 and it wouldn't register., In the end I had to 
have a complete rebuild Xp Professional removed and Home put back. I will
not bore you with the ordeal it all was but if ever an Engineer comes to
visit you  even if you cannot see him. Ask questions and more questions. I
did this last month and  I learned a lot. re you filing cabinet did you
never try to remove freeserve,seems an expensive filing cabinet! dorothy.
