Saqib, Most of this legal jargonease is a waste of space I can't find it now but in the Publication called Outlaw published by Pinsent Mason a firm of Lawyers in Scotland is a useful article on this kind of disclaimer actually it was George who once spotted it and sent to me or the list I forge which,t Struan Robertson is the Solicitor well known for covering the Latif case, actually before anyone says differently that related directly to Jaws and our rights to use it in Employment.
