You don't need a tutorial. All you need to do is connect Windows Live 
Messenger with Facebook and you will see all your Facebook contacts together 
with their status. You just send a message in the same way you would with 
any other Messenger contact and messages come up in the Messenger window as 
with any other Messenger contact.
