[jaws-uk] Scan disk for errors.

Hi.
I have a C and D drive on my machine and I'm wondering if when you set up the scan disk option from my computer, if you can ask it to scan the C and D drive at the same time as you have to re-start the machine in order for the scan to take place. I've just done a scan, and after it had finished, instead of the computer going back into Windows, like it normally does, it shut down. Can anyone tell me why it would do this as I thought that once the scan had been completed, the machine went back into Windows again like it does when it starts up. I don't think it's ever shut down before so can someone explain this to me?
