It is Insert Down Arrow because Numlock is off but if Numlock were on it wo=
uld be Insert 2 but I think we should forgive him!

when i want to read from top to bottom i use insert down arrow . but i am
useing old technolgy jfw 4.51.

I am using Jaws 6 with Windows XP and have a problem in MS Word.

The 'Say All' command (Insert 2) only reads the current line, rather than
the rest of the document.

Does anyone know how I can reset Jaws to work correctly.  It does read
correctly in all other applications.
