Well, I have been thinking of getting rid of Freeserve for some time. They
let in too much Spam and are getting Blocked by some other ISP Servers I had a
terrible job trying to get hold of PlusNet which sever people advise. However
when I did and they had awful problems they admitted to one of their own
Workers making mistakes not due to unbundling they said I would need a Mac
Code from Freeserve whom I am paying monthly now. However so cut throat is the
ISP World right now I thought I would bide my time and see what the next few
weeks offers. To the person who has a dial up one thing Plusnet did say to me
was that I could try it on a month by month try out not be tied in for a 1
year Contract. I would see then if you can do this . They quoted me £15.99 per
month Freeserve give 2 MG or is it mG Speed anyway 17.99 per month. 2
Bandwidth is more than enough for my needs if it is reliable of course. If I
have been let down by anything going wrong it was BT doing some"unbundling"
and my actual line being cut off. By that I mean nothing at all. I have as my
phone line BT purely for the 195 Directory and secondly for the TC standing
for Total care which means they will within 24 hours see you get a connection..
I know their are lots of cheap phone calls but I am not sure how to use these
fancy things I hate to say it but what is Skype anyway? Dorothy.
