[jaws-uk] Re: Reading an attachment

Dorothy you are not telling us what program you are using to read the
document. If it is word, then there are things you can do in the verbosity
settings on a temporary basis to stop jaws from reading these, or
configuration manager. You can even tell Word, if it is word, to ignore
grammar changes but I would rather not tell you how to do this in the event
that the version you are using is not mine. I'm using microsoft word in
Office 2000.

Hi It is odd at first they sent in what they said was an attachment but I
ploughed through it all and it was pages of Legal stuff you know what I
mean, I replied where is the attachment and I also sent them a clip from
Outlaw, George picked it out the other day it is worth reading, because
the business of all this Legalstuff takes yards of reading and most of
it is
meaningless. So they sent me the attachment and that is when I got all this
"empty para and other comments Jaws seems to be commenting on the layout
and treating it as a word document, but since it is one I have not typed
myself, should Jaws be doing this? It started at the time Jaws began saying
"superscript also in high pitch voice. e ----- Original Message -----
