[jaws-uk] Rashmi to stop Jaws saying read only Edit reading Pdf

 Hi ,
I think you have tried all the suggestions, and obviously you have stopped Jaws 9 saying read only edit in other programmes, even I managed to do this on my Desktop to my surprise. however I never did have Jaws saying it in PDF files. are you reading many PDF files? Incidentally an Engineer who was here the other day bringing back my cleaned off laptop, who was a mainstream Engineer and knew nothing of Jaws, was not happy with Adobe and said they had not in his opinion ever been fit to use since version 5. He was a good Engineer so must have known of some change in the product that happened,maybe change of company or alterations by the maker, I only mention this since you could try an earlier version, I am using Adobe apart from a lot more information and it saying your screen reader will not speak whilst the Document is preparing and so on adobe can get it to read normally the PDF files I already have on my computer. I have not downloaded a fresh one since jaws 9 and Adobe 8 but does that matter it still has to go through the whole rigmarole to read it anyway
