[jaws-uk] R: Downloading audio books.

Shirley, the procedure you describe sounds a little complicated to me. When
you insert the CD you should be given a number of options one of which will
be to go to Microsoft Explorer. Select that option and you should have a
list of the files on the CD presented to you. You should then be able to
select all these files and press control plus c for copy. You then open the
folder where you want the files to be stored and press control plus v at
which point the selected files will be pasted into that folder (it might
take some time). Things get a bit more complicated if the audio-book files
are not in .mp3 format.

I hope this helps

Best wishes

Robert

Oggetto: [jaws-uk] Downloading audio books.

Hello All,

Can anyone help please.

I want to download audio books from MP3 discs to my computer so I can then
put them on to my I Pod shuffle.

My son told me to download I tunes. I did try this, did everything as
requested, at the end it had a 64bit link. What is that?...

I didn't click on that and so I don't have the I tunes.

Can I just download these MP3 discs on to the computer and then transfer
them over.

Help Please!...

Regards,

Shirley.
