[jaws-uk] Problems downloading PDF

I have paid for my TV license online. I have been sent an Email with a link to
download the license as a PDF file. When I click on this link Adobe opens and I
get an alert "Protection Failure". Is there anyway I can bypass this security
alert and open the license to print? I am assuming of course that this site is
trustworthy.
