[jaws-uk] Re: Problem with version 9

Hi there,

You might try maximising the window as a quick fix, otherwise I can't think of anything.

If that works then you can set the window to maximise automatically through the Shortcut properties. One of the ways to get to it is pressing Alt and enter on the Microsoft Word icon and then tabbing to the relevant box which I can't think what it's called at the moment.

Anyway, best of luck.

David

Subject: [jaws-uk] Problem with version 9

Hi

Having installed version 9 yesterday and gone through the update process
without mishap, I find that all is well until I try to read a word document.
I am told the document shows up on the screen, but Jaws will not read it.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

David
