[jaws-uk] Problem with jaws 7.1 and Outlook Express

Hi,
often when I exit outlook express jaws 7.1 crashes to the point that I can't 
even restart it in normal way.  I have to go to windows task mannager and kill 
the process, then start jaws again.  This does not happen every time I exit OE, 
but does happen quite frequently.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  
Also is there any solution to fix this?
