[jaws-uk] Re: Problem in installing Jaws

You do not say which version of Jaws or video adaptor so my response here
will also be rather general. This problem suggests three things may be
happening:
1 Video drivers not installed for video adaptor and Windows is running on
fallback VGA driver. In this situation Jaws cannot hook into the display
and will display that message.
2 Currently installed video adaptor has an incompatible video driver
installed, update to latest video adaptor driver from manufacturers website.
3 There is a remote access proxy installed, try uninstalling that first
and running the Jaws installation again.

Regards.
