[jaws-uk] Problem in installing Jaws

Hi,
I am facing a problem in installing Jaws on my PC Having Win XP Pro.
While attempting to install, I get the following error message- "an error
occurred while attempting to modify the video chain".
Please guide me on how to fix this problem
