[jaws-uk] PowerPoint

Using JAWS7.1, XP home  and Office 2000
I am trying to move a picture on the slide view. In order to do this it is necessary to consider the picture dimensions in relation the relevant slide dimensions (height or width).
The picture dimension is reported by JAWS using Control+Shift+D. This is presently reported in inches. 
In order to move the picture  the steps are:

1. Select the picture.

2. From context menu select format picture.

3. Choose position from the multi tab page presented.

However, these measurements are presented in centimeters.
Ideally, how is JAWS changed to report in cms. CMS are easier to handle in this context.
