[jaws-uk] Re: Posting to this list.

It might be a JAWS related question, but it has absolutely nothing to do
with th e subject and it is mostly made up of extraneous material.

testing it not the Beta but I recall didn't you try Ms Outlook, Jaws

With all due respect for the occasional off topic email, I completely
agree. It's simply a matter of courtesy.

Perhaps someone can recommend a list more suited to general chit chat?
This would perhaps provide an agreeable solution for people wanting more
flexibility of topic.

agreed on this one. please, please keep things on topic. i don't usually
wade into things like this, but these messages are becoming less and less
easy to read. i reiterate what the instigator of this thread says, for I
agree whole heartedly.

thanks.

Hope to hear from you soon.

I'm not going to write to the owner, heck George knows full well what the
problem is with our friend Dorothy and her ramblings.

Dorothy, many listers have posted quite politely to you asking you to keep
your messages on topic, we really don't give a toss about landslips or any
other personal circumstances that have absolutely no link to the purpose of
this forum.

Please please stop this. I wish I could, but I just can't find a way to
filter out your posts via the message rules options and I'm damned if I'm
going to unsubscribe from this list because I've learned so much from the
people on here who address real jaws issues. I'm using XP Pro, IE7 and OE 6,
so if anyone can help me set this filter, I'd appreciate it. I can't block
the sender as it will block all list traffic.

It's sad to say, but if anyone contemplated starting a new forum where
subscribers have to be approved, I would have to seriously think about
moving over and even offer my time to hellp with moderation.

I'm sure I'll get pelters from one or two also for posting this, as well as
the certain volley from DI, but come on folks, this has got to stop.

Kind regards,

Robin Clayden, Secretary
Scottish Blind golf Society
The Governing Body for all blind and visually impaired golf in Scotland.
