[jaws-uk] Pop up window being blocked

Dear all,

Windows XP Home, Jaws 7.10.

The subject line says it all.

I'm trying to access a link on my on-line account, and a pop up window keeps
blocking me.

Can anyone help, please? George, I think you have written on the subject,
but I regret I didn't keep your message.
