[jaws-uk] PROBLEMS LISTENING TO BBC RADIO 4 USING REALPLAYER AND JAWS 9/10

Good morning,

I've just installed the free version of Real Player. Its been allowed
in my ZoneAlarm settings but despite this, when I go to the BBC
website and click on "Listen on digital etc" nothing happens. I can
sellect previously broadcast programmes, its just when I try to listen
live that there is a problem.

Can anyone help please?
