Don't know if this will help as I'm not using 2003, but I've found the
attach function won't work with JAWS through the menus. You have to use the
shortcut, alt +n, and then you get access to the attaching menu.

Jaws 10, win xp, outlook 2003.
When I try to attach a file, I hit what I think is the insert button, but,
the prog just loops. Any thoughts?
