Tom,

 

When you press alt I to insert an attachment, you tab round to find the file
yu want then hit the enter key, not the insert key.

 

If I've interpreted you wrongly, let us know.

Jaws 10, win xp, outlook 2003.

 

When I try to attach a file, I hit what I think is the insert button, but,
the prog just loops. Any thoughts?
