[jaws-uk] Re: Outlook express last throw

I pressed the Jaws key + F1 and got this:

This is a list view. Use UpArrow and DownArrow to read through the items
Use Enter to open a message.


List JAWS Hot Keys
Where do you get the idea that you need to press the shift key with the up and down arrow keys? I only use that combination when I want to select messages from the delete folder so I can delete them altogether

Hi folks,
Stranger and stranger. Playing around with column view. The top and bottom messages in the list read properly with shift-up and Shift-down arrow, the middle only read 2 or 3 columns. 

What do I need to change? Jaws 8.
