[jaws-uk] Opening Emails

 Hi List  I am using Jaws 9 XP home, Office 2002  When I  load up Outlook 
Express  sometimes not always I hear Jaws say  Eastern European Windows.
 The fact it happens  on laptop and desktop means it is nothing to do with 
Lunar for example, but why should  Jaws do this at all and not all the Time
