I think it was David who wanted this. It is a good template. I found it a bit
hard to navigate at first so for anyone interested. The inputs start at C5 and
the solutions at g5.

There is a very good "Loan Amortisation" Template in Excel. Go to File, New,
Templates on My Computer, and then select the Solutions Tab.
