[jaws-uk] Off topic Elections

Hello everyone,
I would not normally send off topic things to the list and I could not find a 
way of asking for permission to do this. So I am sorry if I am breaking the 
rules.  some of you might be interested in this project however.


As you will be aware, some of the local authorities in the Uk are piloting 
different ways of voting in the forthcoming local elections.
an evaluation process is underway which I am involved with  to find out whether 
Disabled people amongst other groups were able and or wished to use the
alternative methods on offer which are: Internet voting. and Phone voting and 
whether these methods met their needs.
The questionnaire which is being used is fully accessible electronically and I 
would like to invite  anyone living in  Sheffield, North bucks,
Shrewsbury and Atcham, Swindon and Rushmore  areas to take part in the 
evaluation process.

If I don't respond immediately it is because I am working in Scotland for a 
couple of days this week.

 I am really keen
that other Visually impaired people have an opportunity to have a say about how 
easy it was to vote.
