Hi Cathy,

You'll probably get umpteen replies telling you the same thing, but
nevertheless here goes! If you send a new message to:
jaws-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Command Line  "unsubscribe" in the
Subject field (without the quotes), that should set the ball rolling.
