Billy,
You don't need any shortcut for oe in order to mqaximise the oe window.
You should simply highlight oe on your desktop and then use the
alt+enter for properties
tab until you hear, run this program it is maybe on normal, arrow down
to maximize, tab to apply and enter.
Yes, you must have an icon for oe on your desktop. after you do this
procedure, you can delete this shortcut on your desktop if you don't
want it, there.
