I haven't tried the security system, so can't tell, but according to other users it's almost exactly the same interface, so I wouldn't imagine that it would be much difficult to use. I assume there is a trial of that too, so you could always check it out and uninstall if you don't like it.

Yes, I agree that NOD32 is very unobtrusive and unfussy.

Have you tried NOD32's bigger brother, Eset Smart Security? And if so, how
is it for accessibility? If the answer is "not good", I shall go for the
simple NOD32.

I think that nod32 is by far the best anti-virus software I've ever used.
It's very powerful, very unobtrusive, unlike many anti-virus software it
doesn't slow the computer down. In fact you can hardly notice it's there
unless it pops up to warn you of something or, of course, you choose to open it for whatever reason. I certainly like it very much and would recommend it 
to anyone.
