[jaws-uk] My last post re anti-virus

Hi List I forgot to say I have received from other people the fact they too 
have had a bad time with Kaspersky in one case a person  claimed a refund, 
difference was the company who sold it to me said they would support me in my 
efforts to get it dealt with by Kaspersky but of course did not and when all 
went wrong wanted to exercise huge costs to come and reset it, and really 
Norman Waddington and I felt we may win a small battle in this anti-virus issue 
business so none of us  need to worry in future, sadly seems we have no real 
Clout unless the  supportive Agencies took a  stronger position we will get 
what we are given Dorothy
