Moving from JAWS5.1 to JAWS8Hello Matty,

As I am writing to you I am using JAWS 5.1 on my desk top.  However, I bought a 
new laptop a few months ago and as it was XP Pro I had to upgrade JAWS to 
accommodate it.  I bought JAWS 8 Pro.  

To be quite honest, I don't think there is very much more to learn.  It did 
come with an extra disc with a human voice for when reading Read All.  Quite 
honestly I haven't used it!...

If I could have put my 5.1 on to my laptop I wouldn't have bought the version 8.

Hope that gives you confidence to use it!...
