It isn't complicated, really. what you have to do is touch the left ALT key and 
jump from menu to menu with the right or left cursor keys. When you are in a 
menu, tab and tab and tab through the various options. I've compiled a little 
file based on the options in each menu. If you like I can send this little file 
to you. Contact me on: carlos.vallejo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I'll send it to you 
as an attachment.

  I've just installed MS Office 2007. I believe someone a while back commented 
on the rather complicated ribbon structure of the menu. Complicated is putting 
it mildly!

  Firstly, is there some way of changing it to the classic structure as with 
older versions of MS Word? And if not, is there somewhere I can get simple 
instructions on how to navigate through the ribbon layout?
