Thanks George. I appreciate what you say about shortcut keys and do use them most of the time for save, print, font, tables etc, but how on earth do you move through the menu? Does anyone know? As for the help, I never use them because they always leave you more confused than before! The irony of it all is that screen reader users have far less problems with Office 2007 than sighted users, simply because the vast majority of keyboard shortcuts have been carried over from Office 2003 and earlier. And believe me, speaking from a sighted perspective, if I can't work out how to do something and can't find it in the atrocious Help files, my next port of call is a skilled blind user. I believe someone a while back commented on the rather complicated ribbon structure of the menu. Complicated is putting it mildly! Firstly, is there some way of changing it to the classic structure as with older versions of MS Word? And if not, is there somewhere I can get simple instructions on how to navigate through the ribbon layout? Many thanks for advice received. Barbara
