Hallo I would like to unravel this a little bit. the first Post was from Mathew Leach, now I contacted him today by telephone and he explained a little bit, additionally he had from another list obtained similar information to mine from Judith McDermott at The law society the Association or Society for Vi Solicitors and sir David ward, but I cannot understand why Steve when trying to clarify by emails off list you could not have said you had the sort of discussion you are having in this Post, was nothing related to Mathew to add confusion the first Post got mis sorted due to it having more than 1 list in the title, . The specific folders were not set up by me but after Jaws arrived I had my 1 yearly visit from KAb and just as muddling any email to me that should come into my In box but has a bracket and the word Jaws goes into a specific folder, thus 1 did not appear to show up at all at first, add to that the laptop muting for the first time since clean off, and it needed getting to the bottom of it hence my phone call to Mathew Leach Dorothy
Ps which David is this then please??----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Holmes" <steve.holmes1@xxxxxxxxxx>

David,I'm given to understand Libra is a Citrix based application which means that the information isn't text based but is held as an image on the server. I'munable to try Libra with Jaws at work as firstly all the user licences have been allocated so they've refused me any access. Secondly the Libra packageis a UK wide application hosted on the CPS server and where I work we don'thave access to it for test purposes as where I work we only access it for court case results. So unless you are with the CPS gaining permission to get something like access software put on to their server might be difficult. Youknow how they are always full of excuses like they're concerned that access software might either be a security risk or, cause their precious package tonot work correctly. Absolute bullshit. So if you're given this tale then take them to a court case for discrimination. I've had experience of workingfor government departments in other countries and they treat their employeesvery well but here in the UK government departments despite saying they're an equal opportunities employer they do the bear minimum when it comes to making reasonable adjustments just so that they can say they're within the law so that if a disabled employee takes them to a court case or arbitration they can say they've done what's necessary that way getting out of their properresponsibilities and still being whiter than white. Despite DDA legislationthis happens time and time again.
