you are running the most current version of skype. Theccurrent version is 3.5 (as opposed to previous 3.2 3.1 3.0, 2.5, etc.) the last three or four digits in your version
3.5.0.214 indicate the build of the software, which indicates a minor upgrade or patch since the original release of version 3.5. I have been running skype 3.5 thru it's public beta cycle. The earliest build of skype 3.5 that I have here is 3.5.0.107, which was the first public beta that was released on 06-13-07. Your skype 3.5.0.214 is the latest build and btw no longer a beta but the first hotfix to the release version of skype 3.5. The first official and stable release version of skype 3.5 came out on August 7.
jaws likewise often goes thru minor updates and bugfix patch releases that are indicated by a build number to a major release version. I have not kept up with whether or not there were pplublic betas available for jaws 8.0 other than the few betas for windows vista recently. However, I believe jaws came out with an initial release of jaws 8.0 last fall as a jaws 8.0.0.422 and they ar enow up to jaws 8.0.2.173 or something like that, which indicates very roughly 1500 build numbers beetween jaws 8.0's initial public rlease and the current available build. <g>
Now this was the long-winded way of saying you have the current version of skype and are good to go. <g>
for your jaws, you might want to go to fs's website and download jaws 4.5.1.119, which is a free upgrade for you, and then the minor update patch that turns jaws 4.5.1 into jaws 4.5.1.133, a minor upgrade patch with big impact since it fixes a memory leak in jaws 4.5 that had jaws go sluggish on many systems after a while.

running 3.5.0.214  which I downloaded as a Beta.  I believe 3.5
is the current production version.

Did you mistype the version number or am I way behind?
