[jaws-uk] Re: Laptop battery problems

Hi Barbara,

It does sound very much like you have a dud battery. It
might be worth having a word with DELL, especially since the
machine is only a year old.=20

Subject: [jaws-uk] Laptop battery problems

Further to my question yesterday regarding JAWS and laptop
batteries, I wondered if anyone could help me with this
problem?

For example: Last night I charged up my laptop to 100%. This
morning when I tried to turn it on it was dead. I plugged in
the power and now it's working, but the battery is at 0%.
Does this mean the battery is the problem or the laptop
itself? It is a Del and only 1 year old.

Thanks.

Barbara
