[jaws-uk] Laptop battery problems

Further to my question yesterday regarding JAWS and laptop batteries, I
wondered if anyone could help me with this problem?
For example: Last night I charged up my laptop to 100%. This morning when I
tried to turn it on it was dead. I plugged in the power and now it's
working, but the battery is at 0%. Does this mean the battery is the problem
or the laptop itself? It is a Del and only 1 year old.
Thanks.
Barbara
