Liken "Junk Mail" to the rubbish bin your council collects
every week.

What actually goes in it, may be Spam, Blocked Senders
messages, or just plain trash of many kinds.

Unlike the Deleted Items bin, the Junk Mail folder does not
get emptied even if you set your mail system to
automatically deleted items in the deleted Items folder when
you exit the mail program.

This gives you a chance to check and see if any wrong items
are going in there.

If they are, select the message in question, right click on
it, and select Junk Mail.  From the sub menu, select "Add to
Safe Senders List".

I am not sure what you mean by Junk Mail. I have a box
called Spam box. It is supposed to catch Spam in it. However
Spam comes in and friends who are tagged as Spam are stuck
in the box and  if I am lucky  to see thermo hear them
before double deleting them I have Emails that I cannot
remove the Spam tag from,  this means that if I wish to
forward that Email or do a reply on it it is caught on the
way out in my Spam Box or  if it gets out as it is  end and
returned to me saying something like rejected. Freeserve is
I fear known for it Spam problems and as a result is gated
or blocked by other ISP One friend adopted a Yahoo account
in order to get my Emails as her own normal Email address
kept saying 'timed out' when it was no such thing.  If by
Junk you mean not a Spam box can you explain tome where this
Junk file is kept Best wishes Dorothy.tagged as Spam it is
rejected entry back at the sender  Ps I am having  real
problems with Jaws jumping around  I cannot explain it
easily but  it is not carelessness on my part. I have some
other points but will ask in another message Just hope this
gets out I have had 2 phone calls again! from worried family
members  asking have I got their Emails I fear I have not
they have not turned upon Desktop or Laptop again and very
alarming as I know even if I only have  1 account they
should do soTony Berry RNIB told me so. I think all the
message Rules will have to be eliminated and reset.
