Thanks, again, for your help.

Best wishes,

Keith

Hi Keith,

All being well, this person's messages will now go to your
Inbox.

I'd suggest however that you send them a message anyway,
asking for a reply e-mail just to be on the safe side.

Of course bear in mind that there is also a Safe Sender and
Safe Recipient option in Junk Mail's options.

George.

Hi George,

Many thanks for writing, so quickly.

We managed to locate the list of junk senders, and click on
the Delete Button.

This then sent the message to my Deleted Folders.

Does this then mean, please, that any further messages from
my friend will be received in my In Box.

If you can help me with this, and you would prefer to write
off-list, that would be fine.

Thanks very much, George.

With best wishes,

keith

Hi Keith,

I'm hazy about Outlook 2000, but hopefully Outlook 2003
won't be too far removed.

In Outlook's "Actions" menu, there's a "Junk E-mail" item,
click on that, and select "Junk E-mail Options".

Navigate to the "Blocked Senders" tab, and hopefully you
will be able to find your friend's address listed.
Highlight it and click on the Remove or Delete button.

George.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Junk e-mail

Hi all,

I wonder if someone could help, please.

I'm using Outlook 2000.

I have had a junk folder created for me, and have
successfully added a number of unwelcome messages.

I inadvertently put into this junk folder a message from a
very good friend.
And now, of course, I won't receive any further messages
from him.

Does anyone please know if my action is reversable and, if
so, how do I go about the task.

I'm sure there should be a way of doing this, as, of course,
accidents happen.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Best wishes,

Keith
