I've tried the laptop with and without the keyboard.  Also, the navigation 
works fine in Outlook, so I doubt it is the keyboard.

wonder if your keyboard is faulty, I have just discovered of the top 3 Pause
and Print screen speak middle does not.
 If you are using a laptop  try a different keyboard or the laptop ,  if you
can think of a date it did work Ok, if all else fails  you can do a system
Restore, this has recently been a life saver. I suppose if you  throw it in
the bath,the shark will be happy but the rest will sink and then you are
sunk!
