[jaws-uk] Jaws having a gurgling fit!

Hi all, 

I am using Jaws 9.0.519   and Windows Vista.  I have recently been encountering 
on most programmes Jaws having a gurgling fit and delays speaking between 
actions!  As it it is not specific to one programme wondering if anyone else 
has been having this problem...  It is not a constant problem but too damned 
regular for my liking.

Has anyone any ideas as to the cause and even better a a possible solution?
