i have successfully used AVG free from:
http://free.grisoft.com/

other people on various lists swear by nod32 which I think comes from
eset.com, but you might need to check the exact address through google, but
I understand this one you pay for.  You could pay for AVG and get even more
flexibility and tech support as well, no doubt other people will want to
give advice on this topic.
