Dear Dorothy and List:
Your friend had a disaster when he tried installing LUNAR on his
computer with two video cards.
Dual or Quad core technology is where the CPU chip maker installs
two or four complete works of computer chips onto just one
physical chip.
Multi-core technology when used with programs that can take
advantage of it, lets such programs perform markedly faster than
with a single core chip operating at the same clock speed.
I've trimmed off the messages you quoted in the interest of
conserving bandwidth. And corrected the spelling of "Technology"
in the subject field. Also added LUNAR to the subject field.
