Deon, I'm using JAWS 8 and have recently upgraded to AVG 8 and am having problems as follows. Each time I try to go into the AVG User Interface my computer re-boots. Also I'm getting numerous "Unknown error" messages from AVG and requests to send error reports. However, I've contacted AVG Technical Support and they sent me a diagnostic file and I returned it yesterday along with a list of the error messages and I'm now awaiting their comments.
