Irene,
I've found that JAWS won't properly read a shared calendar unless you
have a permission level of "non-editing author" or higher. I fed this
back to Sight and Sound and Freedom Scientific with version 6.2 and
Outlook 2003 and was told this was a limitation. It was still there in
version 7 and 8. I was told in November that a patch to 8 was due in
mid-January that was due to clear up some other Calendar issues and I've
been keeping my fingers crossed that it sorts this one out too, when it
arrives.
Steve

Hi all
Does anyone have problems finding info from calendars where you only
have reviewer access? I use right and left arrows to move through the
days and Jaws usually tells me how many appointments are on each day,
but when I arrow down to see what the appointments are, only the time
slots are spoken most of the time. Occasionally Jaws says "appointment"
and, once in a blue moon, he tells me what the appointment is. It's
very hit and miss because, if I arrow away from it and then arrow back,
he often says nothing. If I use tab, the first appointment is announced
but silence for any subsequent appointments on that day.
Any advice gratefully received.
