Windows 7 starter is for the emerging markets and will not be available for retail.

Well Chris is happy but can someone  explain what the  windows 7 starter
edition is please? Also Tristram said it all seems ok for"anyone who has Xp capable of updating to Vista, I do not think either my desktop or laptop is likely to be good enough so it will need a new machine, and I don't want to
