[jaws-uk] Jaws 7.1 installation problem.

Hi,
on behalf of a friend, he is running jaws 7.0. on an xp platform. he has
tried to install jaws 7.1 and he gets the following problems, Error code
824, code 0. the jaws software then rewinds and goes back and uninstalls the
program and says something to the effect that his computer has not been
modified. Can anyone shed any light on this problem, I thought it might of
been his video interceptor, but he can't find a update to the video
interceptor on Freedom Scientific web site. anyone got a fix for this
problem? Also when he tried to install the demo version of jaws 8.0 it did
the same thing. it's got me baffled.
Hope someone has the answer.
