Hi Jane,
Just go right ahead and install it. Put in the JAWS 6 CD, and let it
svoice itself all the prompts for you. (When you are satisfied that the
CD is running etc., you may wish to unload your other working version of
JAWS if you have it running.) When JAWS6 has been installed, take out
that CD and put in the activation CD. Follow the prompts on that one as
well. This issue has been addressed on the list by others in the past
few days. The new ILM authorization has nothing to do with the Quella
one. The Quella download version of JAWS6 from the internet is just a
temporary solution to a - hopefully - temporary issue, which you won't
experience now that you have the CD(s) and can install 6.0 that way.
There isn't really any problem installing it onto Windows98.

Hi Graham...hope you're well.
If you're already running the ILM version you've downloaded, as far as I
know you only need to insert the auth CD, and follow the prompts.
Perhaps this goes without saying, but keep an eye out for any prompts
from
your firewall if you have one, as it'll ask you if you want the auth
program
to access the net. HTH.
Cheers,
Mark

Hi
Have just received Jaws 6 CD and authorisation CD.
A couple of questions.
Do I have to load the program as I have already previously downloaded it
from the Internet, or do I just insert the authorisation CD to authorise
my
current version?
I believe there are some tutorials in daisy format on these discs,
onwhat
disc ar they?
I assume that if I try loading the Disks this will all become apparent
but
thought I would just ask firrst.
Appreciate any views before I go ahead.
Thanks
Graham
