Hi Jim,
In Internet Explorer, go to tools menu, then internet options, then the security tab and click custom level button, here you will find a tree view, find the scripting heading and make sure that active scripting is enabled, then save changes.

Will JAWS work on such sites and is so, how would I turn
Java on and then off after I've finished.
