[jaws-uk] Re: JFW7 and Nero burning rom

In principle the answer is yes to your question however someone else may have
to come in on the operational niceties of Nero's feature set regarding this.
Personally having tried this sort of thing a couple of times with various bits
of software over the years and find CDs aren't ideal as a random access medium
and prone to be a little unreliable. The price and capacity of modern USB
memory drives means that you can get around dealing with large amounts of data
much easier without the need for sometimes combersome CD writing software. CDs
are much better when you need to do a bigger back up in one go.

Subject: [jaws-uk] JFW7 and Nero burning rom

  Hi all
Is it possible to use a CD rom as if it were a floppy disc? In my previous
computer, three years ago I was able to do it. At present I'm using Windows
XP H and Jaws 7. My Nero version is 6s0, I think. I can copy text onto the
CD rom but I have to ask for help because it has got to be done with Drag
  and Drop.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
